Which product is right for my dog?

Are your products safe for dogs?
Yes. All Pawslume products are made from food-safe, non-toxic materials: PP plastic, BPA-free silicone, pet-safe felt, or lead-free ceramic. Every product is designed with your dog's safety as the baseline, not an afterthought.
How do I introduce enrichment to my dog for the first time?
Start simple and keep it positive. For slow feeders, use your dog's regular kibble and let them figure it out at their own pace. Most dogs get the hang of it within a few meals. For snuffle mats and the ForageOrb, hide a few high-value treats the first time so your dog understands the game. Keep early sessions short and always end on a win.
How do I clean my Pawslume product?
Bowls are dishwasher-safe on the top rack. The ScentGrove Snuffle Mat and ForageOrb Snuffle Ball should be hand-washed in warm water and left to air dry completely before the next use. Never machine-dry felt products. The DualSense Feeder Mat can be rinsed under warm water and wiped clean.
Do you offer free shipping?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking number within 6 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@pawslume.shop, and we will look into it for you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day worry-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will make it right, whether that is a replacement, a refund, or something else. No hoops, no hassle.
