Standard shipping: 6–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of your ship date, contact us at hello@pawslume.shop, and we'll investigate immediately.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfilment partners and shipped directly to your door.
