There's something grounding about ceramic. It holds cold, resists scratches, and sits on the counter as if it belongs there.

The StoneGrove is a slow feeder built for dogs who deserve beautiful things. Its carved stone-inspired grooves create natural obstacles that extend mealtime without stress — your dog works at their own pace, nose down, fully engaged.

Ceramic keeps water fresher and food cooler than plastic. It's heavier too, which means it stays exactly where you put it. The glazed interior wipes clean in seconds.

Good for: dogs who've outgrown plastic bowls, households where aesthetics matter, and owners who want enrichment that looks at home on any surface.

Not suitable for cats

The dimension of this slow feeder bowl is 7.87”L x 7.87”W x 1.97”H. It is large enough to feed for than one pet at a time. It is made with ceramic and stoneware. This bowl is durable, but not unbreakable. This bowl has a smooth glaze finish and is dishwasher safe. I like that this bowl is free of any shape edges. It has a 2 cup capacity. It is designed in a round shape. The inside has a swirl like design. This bowl has a little weight to it. It has a wide base meant to minimize sliding while your pet is eating. This bowl states that it is suitable for small and medium dogs and cats. This bowl is meant to slow down fast eaters. It could help with the digestion process. It should reduce gulping, bloating and post meal discomfort. It is possible that this slow feeder bowl could reduce vomiting that may happen with rapid eating. This bowl can be used with both wet and dry food.I ordered this bowl to help slow down my adult cat’s eating process. He just started gulping down his food. The swirl like design is deeper than I expected. I am not comfortable with the deeper design. When my cat eat out of this bowl, his whiskers rub along side the grooves. If his whiskers are rubbing against the grooves it could result in whisker fatigue. Whisker fatigue can be very uncomfortable for cats. I immediately took the bowl away from him. This bowl is better suited for dogs. I will not allow my cats to eat out of this bowl. I will donate it to the local animal shelter.Overall this bowl is well crafted and durable. It didn’t slide in the few minutes that my cat ate out of it. I think it will give fast eating dogs a better eating experience. It may also improve their overall health. Dispite the fact that I am unable to use it, I still think it’s a good value for the money.I must add that this bowl was well packaged and arrived in mint condition.

Great dog bowl

Maybe it’s my fault for not looking closely but I thought it’d be like a smooth orange but it’s a lil speckled. It’s a great bowl tho. I love ceramic dog dishes. I like this particular design and find that it’s working as a slow feeder.
